The Top 10 Mistakes a Buyer can make!
1) Waiting for the market to improve or not buying at all.
2) Making an offer without contingencies
3) Not reading the fine print
4) Not making the purchase subject to an inspection
5) Falling in love at first sight or not researching the market well.
6) Buying a house you can't afford
7) Buying a foreclosure, short sale or fixer upper just because it's a "deal"
8) Not knowing enough about the neighborhood.
9) Thinking short term.
10) Not getting pre-approved before house hunting (personally, I think this is number 1!)
